Victoria's Secret - Wish someone would have told me!
I know a lot of people who are really into their Bras and panties. You know who you are. You like them to match and you’ll spend a ridiculous amount of money on them. Now I like to look as good in my underwear as the next chick but I have my limits.
So heres the story, I needed to get a few new bras after having a conversation with my sister she says “ you need to stop buying cheap bras and get yourself some good ones”. Now I don’t consider myself cheap but with 3 kids I am very “ Frugal” for lack of a better word.
You can imagine my shock when I went to Victoria’s secret and the cheapest bra in the place was $34. WTF????????
Yeah for just your average everyday bra. There was no lace, no push-up NADA! Just a regular old bra and that shit was $34. No I don’t have big boobs but for that kind of money they batter raise my boobs to a D!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I know your sitting there thinking “ But is Victoria’s Secret and their good Bras…”I so don’t cared. I am not going to wear a $ 34 dollar bra that only my man is going to see and he isn’t even that interested it what bra I have on… He just wants it off ASAP!!! LOL
So Yeah call me “CHEAP” I DON’T CARE!!!!!! It will be a cold day in hell the day I pay $34 for a bra!!!!!!!!! ;-)
Side Note { I went to Target and got some HAYNES Bras for $10 bucks....... YES I AM FRUGAL! LOL

I am one of those women who must have the matches. Depending on what I am wearing I may have to pay much more for a bra depending on the dress. But I am not tied down to prices. I bought a good bra at Target yesterday.

I totally agree with your man. Why pay all that money for something that is just gonna end up on the floor anyway? You can look good without paying all that money. I don't care if you get them from Victoria's Secret, Pandora's Box, or Veronica's Closet as long as it looks good on you and makes you feel good.

...And with that I join your club. I was just at Victoria Secret with my cousin last week and she was going crazy finding something. I vowed that I wouldn NEVER EVER buy victoria after another cousin of mine use to work for them and she said they teach you how to syke the customer into buying an ordinary bra... Can you believe that shit!!!, so if buying a bra from TARGET, CONWAYS, THE CORNER STORE OR OFF THE STREET CORNER MAKES A PERSON CHEAP, then join the damn cheap club. ***Holding up my membership card; with a cheese smile**

LOL...Girl, I SO feel you on this. I have some Vicky things, but trust and believe I got them ALL on sale! I'm talking about 3-4 pairs of panties for $2/.9 and the bra was $5. I get my bra and pantie sets from AJ Wright, okay. You can get two sets for the price of that one bra you bought, girl. Not sure if y'all have that, though? They have sexy sets too. I also go to Fredericks. Now, if my man wants to splurge on some things, by all means, he can do that. But I'm not paying $34 for a bra either!
